Brief Bio
Nicholas’ diverse experiences include military and police service and volunteer development in transitioning and developing nations around the world. In June of 2020, Nicholas launched the Institute for American Police Reform in response to a national outcry for police reform in the United States. Prior to launching IAPR and concurrent with his active police service, in 2001 Nicholas formed Cross Sector Solutions LLC as an international consortium of experts who build and facilitate strategic partnerships among governmental, nongovernmental, and corporate organizations to benefit development in communities throughout the world.
